Coconut flour is a natural product obtained from the dried core of the coconut. It grows high on the coconut palm. By pressing the kernels, a larger proportion of the fat is removed and then ground into a fine powder. Coconut flour has a pleasant sweet taste, which means that you can reduce the amount of added sugar when baking.
